At Ki's Kraftique, we take pride in creating custom and personalized items specifically tailored for each customer. Because of the unique nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. All sales are final.
Exceptions: In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a store credit. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to initiate this process.
