At Ki’s Kraftique, we take pride in creating custom and personalized items specifically tailored for each customer. Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.
Shipping Policy & Disclaimer
Some items sold by Ki’s Kraftique are intended for local delivery or pickup only. These items are not designed to withstand standard shipping handling.
If Ki’s Kraftique agrees to ship an item that is typically recommended for local delivery or pickup, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
-Shipping is completed at the customer’s request and risk.
-Ki’s Kraftique is not responsible for damage, shifting, bending, or alterations caused during transit.
-We cannot guarantee the condition of items once they leave our possession and are handled by a shipping carrier.
By completing a purchase that includes shipping for these items, the customer agrees to release Ki’s Kraftique from any liability related to shipping mishandling or carrier-related damage.
Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom-made:
-No refunds or returns are accepted
-All sales are final
Exceptions
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our end, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.

- You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order
- Clear photos of the issue may be required for review
